Cada tarjeta trae su fecha, su fuente y cuánto la hemos confirmado. Un acopio pasa a "confirma antes de ir" a las 24 h; una necesidad urgente caduca sola.Each card carries its date, its source, and how much we've confirmed it. A collection point flips to "confirm before going" at 24h; an urgent need expires on its own.

Un estado operativo o límite de seguridad (arriba), la explicación, una acción, y al pie: la fuente y la fecha exacta en que Abrigo la revisó (no «hace X»). «Revisado por Abrigo» dice cuándo la miramos — no que el servicio esté operando.One operational status or safety boundary (top), the explanation, an action, and at the foot: the source and the exact date Abrigo reviewed it (absolute, not "X ago"). "Reviewed by Abrigo" says when we checked it — not that the service is operating.

Cómo verificamosHow we verify
Cada ficha lleva su fuente, la hora en que la revisamos y cuánto la hemos confirmado. La fecha solo cambia cuando re-verificamos de verdad; cuando un dato envejece, la propia ficha pasa a "confirma antes de ir" o se archiva.Every card carries its source, the time we checked it, and how much we've confirmed it. The date changes only when we truly re-verify; when an item ages, the card itself flips to "confirm before going" or is archived.
Lo que no sabemos también cuenta: este registro nunca está completo, y que algo no aparezca aquí no significa que no exista.What we don't know matters too: this ledger is never complete, and something missing here doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
